Learn How to Embed a Video Into Your Website Using HTML

  1. First, you will need to find the video that you would like to insert into your website. Click on the video and you should see this:
  2. Next click “share” which should be near the “like” and “dislike” buttons.
  3. A little box should pop up. You will click “Embed.”
  4. After clicking Embed, you should see something like the image below. There are a few different check boxes that you can fiddle with to change the settings of the video.
  5. Copy and paste the code from the Embed section to where you want it in your website. This code should be iframe code.
  6. Check to make sure that your video works by reloading your webpage and watching it on your website. It should work! See an example of an embeded video below.
